As I arranged the car for my daughter's wedding from a different county I never met anyone Face to face all communication was by email & I never saw the car but I knew the moment I picked this company I had made the right choice. They didn't disappoint from the first contact right up to the day & beyond as we inadvertently left something in the car which they are currently keeping safe for a few days. The communication was excellent & friendly, the price was EXCELLENT I think I paid more up north 7yrs ago for a smaller car for my other daughter's wedding so as a northerner I was very pleased with that. On the day despite dealing with adversity as I later discovered the service was provided flawlessly & the driver was friendly and helpful (some of the guests including the grooms immediate family were running late so he drove us around the block to help them catch up) we were allowed to play music in fact we were encouraged to at full volume & when we needed umbrellas for hiding the bride he provided an extra 1. Nothing was too much trouble for them from beginning to end & I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the very beginning, they were kind, patient and incredibly professional. On the day of our wedding, they arrived early and everything was handled perfectly. Our driver looked extremely smart and professional, and made us feel completely at ease. They safely transported my bridesmaids and then my mum and I to the venue. They even stayed at the venue while our ceremony took place, allowing my husband and I to take photos with the beautiful car afterwards. All of the team are lovely and a pleasure to deal with from the initial meeting at the open day for our venue right through to when their job was complete on the big day. Our driver Tony was a true gentleman and his attention to detail and the service provided was above and beyond what we could ever have expected. With a wide array of vehicles to choose from it wasn’t easy to make a choice, they really do have a car for almost every style and budget, you won’t be disappointed. The car was perfect and the chauffer was so helpful and charming! The price was great, the booking process was seamless, and the service was top draw from start to finish. My dad was so chuffed to travel in the car with me to the ceremony. We used this company for our wedding in may2025, after seeing the cars at a wedding show at Ingrebourne links my hubby surprised me with their pink Cadillac, what a fantastic company ! From start to finish their service is just out of this world, the car was absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean, the driver was just so friendly and helpful, also such a positive mood and exactly what you want on your day if your feeling a tad nervous. The driver also looked impeccably smart. Once we were married the driver took us on a slow drive and so many people’s turnt and looked at the car, definitely a statement. Felt like royalty in back ! Overall was just an amazing experience ! Highly recommend to any bride and grooms you won’t be disappointed.

5* experience. From our initial enquiry Arrow Vintage Cars were so friendly and informative. They told me when a car I was interested in was also been looked at by another couple so I could confirm first if I wanted it for our wedding day. The team were so lovely over emails. The car was in beautiful condition and we loved hearing the history behind it. Our chauffeur on the day was also perfect. He was friendly and chatty and helped my dad with getting in and out of the car, which was so helpful when he has limited mobility. He really made the morning for me.

We cannot thank you enough for providing our car for our wedding day!!!. We booked a long time in advance and the team kept in touch throughout and gave great customer service. The car arrived on time and was so clean and just perfect. We booked the 1930 Pierce arrow for our bridesmaids transport and our driver Tony was such a gent... providing assistance with any luggage and an umbrella on hand when it started to rain. We were also go grateful that you waited a short time for us to reach our reception venue to allow us to have some pictures taken. Thank you again.

We had the 1956 cadillac eldorado biarritz for our wedding on the 15/6/24. Booking was simple and everyone was really helpful. On the day the driver turned up early and was an absolute star. Great sense of humour and put us well at ease on an nervy ride. We definitely made a stir with plenty of onlookers. Beautiful car for photos and super comfy to ride in. Especially once the top was down. I have dropped to 4 stars only because. It was extremely fumey in the back when the top was up, which had our journey been longer would have been problematic. Also the drivers side window was badly cracked which ruined the illusion a little. But I guess that's part of a 68 year old car. But thank you all for a fab day

Our car was the first thing we booked after the venue for our wedding. We met Simon and his team at a wedding fare 2.5 years before our wedding and it was the service we received there which made us book within 10 minutes of arriving! From that day we've had nothing but amazing service and communication throughout and added another car to our big day only a few months back.
